1 This has reference to SC Order of March 13, 2003 in Civil Appeal No.490
of 2002 + ECI related orders including 3/ER/2003/JS-II of March 27, 2003 &
as recent as your letter No.4/RTI/35/2011/644 of 26 April 2011. Plus all ECI
related orders from March 13, 2003 to now.
2 Using Common Sense - No where did SC verdict dissuade ECI from being
proactive in Right to Information for a Voter to make in Elections, an Informed
updated choice.
3 Over period 1 April 2010 to date Feb 9, 2012 kindly provide a listing
of all cases of Disproportionate Assets declared - accumulated which have been
referred by ECI to CBDT detailing:
3.1 For which Elections as it could be Bye – Elections or Assembly /
Parliamentary - MLA / MP
3.2 Name of Candidate, Party, alongside what declared earlier & at
time of Reference. Your exact query in each case to CBDT..
3.3 Provide copies of all Reminders sent to CBDT after making a
reference.
3.4 What Information came in from CBDT & what use, if any, your good
selves put it to. Kindly make available related correspondence - When? With what
results?
