SYNOPSIS OF THE BOOK
India
got her independence 64 years ago. In development she remains far
behind some of her Asian neighbours viz Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea.
While the older generations remain complacent and accept this state of
affairs, the younger generation is ambitious and wants more. Is it
possible to significantly accelerate our present rate of growth and
development? The answer is yes. In the present book, the author
identifies the problems facing the nation and suggests possible
solutions. If these are properly implemented, India can become a
developed country in a short time. Development must be balanced
encompassing all important areas concerning the nation. The book,
spanning about 150 pages, contains sixty three chapters grouped
into seven sections. This is probably the first book which covers all
the important areas of the nation as regards to their existing problems
