Canada Investor Category PR: Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) If you are thinking about immigration to Regina, Saskatoon, or any other city in Saskatchewan, consider the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). Successful applicants will receive a Saskatchewan Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will speed-up the Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa application process. Under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), you may qualify under : Saskatchewan PNP - Entrepreneurs To qualify as an Entrepreneur, an applicant must: 1.Have a minimum personal net worth of CDN $250,000; 2.Make a minimum investment of CDN $150,000 into a new or existing business in Saskatchewan; 3.Have 3-5 years of proven experience in managing or owning a business; 4.Have significant funds for establishing a new business or partnership in an existing Saskatchewan business, in which the applicant will have an ongoing management role; 5. Plan to own at least 33.3% of the proposed or existing business, or invest CDN $1-million in the business; 6. Complete a business plan demonstrating that the business will create jobs in Saskatchewan be of significant benefit to key sectors of the Saskatchewan economy; 7.Undertake at least one trip to Saskatchewan to meet with industry associations, regional economic development authorities, businesses, and other organizations as appropriate; 8. Provide a full disclosure of business assets and debt; and 9. Make a deposit of CDN $75,000 into a trust account and sign a Performance Agreement based on your Business Proposal or Relocation and Settlement Plan.
