LONDON: A very powerful bomb blast has been heard in Eastern London on Monday evening.
The area was seen overcast with smoke and dust.
More to come… A smoke is rising over east London after reports of a large fire in the Stratford area.Ithas been reported that the fire is in a bus depot and the London Fire
Brigade says eight appliances and 40 firefighters are at the scene.

Brompton, who works for a film production company in Forest Gate, told
Sky News she and work colleagues had run into the street and the sky
was black.

Another witness said the centre of the fire was thought to be a bus depot at Waterden Road near the site for the 2012 Olympics.

A third said he had not heard an explosion before seeing the smoke, which appeared to be caused by diesel fuel.

The fire brigade has reported no casualtie
