The Delhi roads unsafe for its citizen as it lacks basic traffic facilities to cross and to walk at safe passage is too missing in Rings roads and Outer Ring roads.

Delhi Transport -The Total Chaos,
House of 15 million people The historical city Delhi transport system is in shambles.

Millions of Delhits has to cross roads every day without any bridge or zebra crossing as joy walker.

Fifteen million citizen dwelling Delhi city, outgrown in its size in mid nineties with mushroom rise in various authorized and unauthorized colonies developed in the periphery of this historical city. An employment heaven to the near by states where progress moves in snail pace, the citizen find Delhi an easy ride for employment and other metro comforts.

In 1994 the city received the status of Delhi government with annual expenditure plan 20cr which now runs in thousand and still major chunk of the population finds unsafe to travel to their place of work.

Transport system the governments responsibility has been assigned to 3500 small transporters with their goal of profit making with indiscipline at their best. One-fourth of the 3,500 blue line buses were prosecuted for running without a speed governor stuns high court Judges. The system which needed to be refurbished soon became bad to worse and governments not
paying any heed to its apathy.

Justice Mukul Mudgal and Reva Khetarpal could not hide their dismay while giving the authorities time till November 15 for placing in court a scheme for phasing out Blue line buses.

"This is the last opportunity for the state and no extension will be allowed," the court said. Judges pulled up the state government for making a mockery of the Supreme Court orders and laws aimed at disciplining the rampaging Blueline buses.

HC bench expressed its shock and said, "It means almost all the buses.... What kind of certificates are issued by you to them?"

The bench also made it clear that any bus involved in a fatal accident or grievous injury will not be released without the permission of this court.

"This is sufficient warning for them.....now we will pinch the bus- owners also," the court said adding, the owner of the bus has to pay a heavy penalty before getting his bus involved in fatal accident, released from the court.
The conditions of the buses.and its governing staff without any government check by any regulatory authority and the traffic warden not taking preview of the situation, roads without proper amenities for the commuters to cross roads, bus drivers not respecting their time schedule has made the system unsafe and is an unpleasant drive in blue line buses which are often remarked as death bell on roads.

High court judge thundered "What kind of (fitness) certificates are issued to these buses..." Traffic authorities had fined only nine buses for overspending and 25 drivers were prosecuted for drunken driving between the period from January 1 to October 9 this year.
Buses way of drive on Delhi roads make the traffic slowdown due to their indiscipline stops at various points, thus making the roads difficult to navigate.

Delhi metro which covers vertical route of Delhi is unable to give its service to one fourth of Delhi population which needed to be designed its route in concentric circles touching the the most populous area in its gambit. Planning of Metro without density of population is an err which makes the transport system in Delhi crippled for all times.
NCR Delhi which is adding more inflow and outflow of peoples in the city at peak hours will add more unease if the system is not throughly planned.
