President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev accompanied by the First Lady arrived in India on a state visit. President Atambayev is scheduled to meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Pranab Mukherjee, and Vice President Hamid Ansari, the press service of the Kyrgyz President said.
The visit will last until December 21.President Atambayev is leading a high-level delegation comprising of ministers, senior officials and business leaders. This is his first visit to India as President.
President Atambayev will be accorded ceremonial reception on Tuesday morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold bilateral discussions with the visiting President and host a lunch for him.
President Pranab Mukherjee will host a dinner banquet in his honour. During the visit, President Atambayev will attend a Joint Business Forum.
